All orders shipped in the US are FREE.

We ship UPS ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail from our factory in New Mexico, or from our offices in Ohio. You should allow 5 to 6 business days for your order to arrive. Since we established our business in 1999, 99.9% of orders are shipped the same business day or the next, and our customers receive their orders in a timely fashion depending on their location and shipping selection.  If your order is received by 12PM (ET) it usually ships that day.  Orders received later usually ship the next day.

If you need your order faster, we can ship your order by USPS Priority mail. The USPS guarantees delivery within 2 to 3 days for most US destinations.  Depending on the number of products you order, and their weight the additional shipping fee could be $8.50 or $10.50. When you place your order Priority Mail will be an available shipping option and your order will reflect the additional cost. 

We can ship your order expedited (1-3 days) for an additional fee.

We use either Federal Express or the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your order for expedited delivery. In most areas of the country you should have your order in 1 or 2 business days.  Depending on the weight of your order most expedited fees are either $20.00 or $25.00 to ship 1 or 2 items. Fees could be higher for larger orders.(Note: USPS requires a signature at delivery to track your order. If you want us to ship without requiring a signature for delivery, please indicate in the comments area when you check out. If you elect to forego the signature requirement we cannot be responsible for the arrival of your order.) 

If you select our expediated delivery service and we receive your order by 5PM (ET) we can usually ship it the same day.

Once you have completed your shopping, you can determine the expediated shipping fee for that order, or take advantage of our FREE shipping.

We can now ship your order World Wide to many countries.  We use the United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail (GPM) which guarantees delivery to your local postal system within 3 to 5 days.  Depending on the weight of your order GPM fees start at $15 (for Canada and Mexico), and $20 for most other countries.  Once you have completed your shopping, you can determine the shipping fees for your order.  If your country is not listed we can ship your order using alternative services.  Email,call or fax us for more information.
